A Re-energized Building

The lobby at 685 Third Avenue was recently renovated by MdeAS Architects and Fogarty Finger Architects. Tenants can enjoy a revitalized POPS park adjacent to the lobby, which contributes to the overall sense of light, air and wellness that runs throughout the building. Both the park space and meditation center within the lobby can be reserved for private tenant events.
